And we’re proud to say F-650/F-750 trucks are assembled in America at our Ohio Assembly Plant in Avon Lake.

Comfortable Ride and Handling

Today’s generation of F-650/F-750 trucks is designed for comfort. An available front stabilizer bar provides handling stability and a tight turning radius for maneuverability. Additionally, air brakes with traction control are optional on diesel-powered F-650/F-750 straight-frame models and standard on tractor models. Electronic stability control is a standard feature on all models. 2024 Ford Medium Duty trucks also include an instrument cluster and panel center stack designed for added driver convenience.

YOUR WORKFORCE POWERED BY FORD, GAS, OR DIESEL

Ford Torqushift

The Ford TorqShiftĀ® heavy-duty 6-speed automatic is specially designed with a three-plate/ two-stage torque converter, strengthened gearsets, and extra pinion gears to handle the heavy demands of the 7.3L V8 gas engine. The SelectShiftĀ® feature has two modes: Progressive Range Select, which limits the range of gears to lock out overdrive, plus full manual control.

Durable Dana Spicer

Ford Medium Duty trucks offer axle options from Dana Spicer. Dana Spicer rear axles use GenTech gears for quiet operation and offer available synthetic lube for durability. Axles may vary by model.

DESIGNED TO WORK HARD AND SMART

Line-Drive Power Take-Off

The new TorqShift HD 10-speed automatic transmission, included with diesel engines, has the PTO provision as standard equipment. An output PTO gear connects directly to the transmission’s torque converter impeller hub to allow the live drive to power the PTO any time the engine is running, whether the truck is moving or stopped.

Operator-Commanded Regeneration

Some operating conditions, such as long idling, don’t generate enough engine heat for the diesel to automatically burn off the soot in the diesel particulate filter. That’s where available Operator-Commanded Regeneration with Active Inhibit comes in. When the warning light comes on, pushing the activation button raises the exhaust temperature to burn off the soot, after which the exhaust temperature reverts to normal.

What Powers the Ford F-750?

A few engine options are available for the Ford F-750; both are extremely powerful! The first and standard option is a gasoline-powered 7.3-liter V8 which will pump out 335 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 468 lb-ft of torque at 3,900 rpm. This engine comes with the most significant displacement in the class and has an overhead value architecture that generates power low in the rev range so you can move heavier loads. The engine connects to a smooth six-speed automatic transmission. Optional is a 6.7-liter V8 turbodiesel which gets you anywhere from 270 to 330 horsepower and 700-750 lb-ft of torque, which gets a ten-speed automatic transmission. When fully equipped, the F-750 can haul as much as 37,000 pounds.

Advanced Features for the F-750

Several standard features available for the F-750 will help make your drive one of the best you have ever had! Standard interior features include climate control, air conditioning, steering-wheel-mounted controls, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a rear-view camera with mirror display, and Bluetooth! But perhaps the most impressive feature is the Operator-Commanded Regeneration, which raises the exhaust temperature and allows it to burn off the soot in the diesel particulate filter. When the warning light comes on, the system kicks into action. Once the temperature returns to normal, the system will automatically turn itself off. Meanwhile, the Active Inhibit feature allows for the regeneration delay once the vehicle is in a safe location. Outside the cabin, you will find two tow hooks perfect for towing large amounts of material from place to place.

Safety Features for the F-750

In addition to the power and advanced features of the Ford F-750, you can remain safe in your F-750 thanks to several advanced safety systems and features. For starters, every version of the F-750 comes with Electronic Stability Control. Still, a few packages are also available that will keep you and your family safe no matter where you travel! For example, the Driver Assist Technology Package comes standard with Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and Auto High Beam Control. So no matter where you travel or what you tow, the Ford F-750 is built for you and built to last!
