It is available in five trim levels, the Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands and First Edition, all of which are rugged and athletic with tons of interior space for packing outdoor gear. Whether itā€™s off-roading through the mud, or a peaceful drive to your favorite campsite, the 2021 Bronco Sport is ready for action!

COVER MORE GROUND

G.O.A.T. Modes

Adjust your drive mode to match the environment. Bronco Sport features a Terrain Management System with five standard G.O.A.T. Modes (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain): Sand, Slippery, Sport, Eco and Normal. The ever-capable Badlands comes with two additional modes: Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl.Ā

Available Trail Control

Class-exclusive Trail Control works just like cruise control, giving you the ability to set your speed when driving off-road and focus more on where you place your wheels, avoiding rocks, potholes, and other obstacles. And when you’re in Rock Crawl or Mud/Ruts mode, the available 180-degree split-view camera works as a spotter to help boost visibility on the trail.Ā

AN ADVENTURER THROUGH AND THROUGH

Safari-Style Roof

The extra height provided by the safari-style roof means more space for your boards and best-in-class head room for tall friends. There’s even enough cargo room to fit two bikes standing up. On top, the roof-rack structure for Bronco Sport can handle up to a 150-lb dynamic load with the standard steel roof.

Cargo Management System

The unique Cargo Management System gives you the ability to create dividers and shelves for important items like hiking boots and coolers. Back at base camp, you can use it as a foldout camp table to serve the entire crew. There are also additional available secure cargo areas found throughout the interior that give you a place to hide or tie down your valuables as you head out for the day.

OFF-ROAD EXTERIOR

Projected 8.8-Inch Ground Clearance

Conquer steep and sandy dunes with the high ground clearance of a Bronco Sport. The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands with the optional 235/65R17 A/T Off-Road tires has unsurpassed-in-class ground clearance of 8.8 inches to help you get over the peak and onto your oasis.Ā

Metal Bash Plates

There’s a light at the end of the tunnel, but the route is a rocky one. Badlands comes standard with steel bash plates to protect the underbody of your vehicle when you’re moving through the wilderness. Waiting for you on the other side: a place few have gone before and a breathtaking view.

NAVIGATE NEW HORIZONS

Breadcrumb Navigation

When you’re out on the trail, the available GPS navigation gets you where you’re going and back again. Dropping virtual breadcrumbs along the way, the GPS system remembers your route just in case you need some assistance getting back to where you started.

180-Degree Camera

At slow speeds, the front 180-Degree Camera with split view gives you a closer look at what lies ahead, projecting an image of the trail onto your center screen. It can bring clarity to the trail and give you a better view of the obstacles that you may be approaching. There’s also a built-in washer to clear off any debris.

Exterior Highlights of the Bronco Sport

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport was truly built with your next adventure in mind. Despite its smaller size compared to the Bronco, the Bronco Sport maximizes its height with an upright body design and safari-style roof, allowing for increased headroom in both the first and second rows. The sporty exterior design features rugged, unpainted covers on exterior contact points, and the signature round headlights and single-piece grille reminiscent of 60ā€™s and 70ā€™s-era Broncos. The Badlands model comes with 28.5-inch all-terrain tires, while the First Edition takes it up a notch with 29-inch off-roading tires that grip the road with heavy duty treads wrapping onto the sidewalls.Ā

How Much Storage does the 2021 Bronco Sport Have?

A standout feature of the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is its specially designed and innovative storage solutions. The rear cargo area was specially made to fit two upright 27.5-in-wheel mountain bikes, with an available Yakima bike rack. The rear cargo area also features handy built-in tools like storage hooks, a bottle opener, and a slide-out table. The seatbacks are rubberized to withstand wear and tear, and are equipped with zippered pockets to keep your gear safe and organized. If thatā€™s not enough storage, there are also MOLLE (modular lightweight load-carrying equipment) straps to tie down additional cargo, as well as even more storage space hidden beneath the backseat cushion. The Ford Bronco Sport has over 100 available accessories, so you can bring anything and everything you might need on your journey.

Ford Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capability

The Bronco Sport lets you explore your world with confidence. It stands up to Fordā€™s Built Wild Extreme Durability Testing, with demonstrated excellence even in Californiaā€™s Johnson Valley desert. Along with its athletic approach and departure angles and 8.8 inches of ground clearance, the Bronco Sport also features a unique Terrain Management System with up to seven GOAT (Goes Over Any Terrain) modes. These include Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery, and Sand, with the additional Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl modes available to Badlands and First Edition trim levels. The Trail Control setting manages the brakes and throttle, for increased safety and precision when off-roading. All Ford Bronco Sport models come with standard 4-wheel drive with lock mode.Ā
